Vape Falcon is closely monitoring this situation and we are taking precautionary measures to protect the health and safety of our customers and team. Those measures included:
- Adhering to (and exceeding) guidelines for facility cleanliness protocol outlined by the CDC and WHO.
- Routine sanitization of our tools, tables, chairs, and other equipment.
- Required hand sanitization upon entrance and exit of our facilities.
- Keeping our team informed with the most up-to-date information.

Fulfillment: we’re continuing to ship most U.S.A. orders within 1 business day.
Inventory: we’re sourcing in-demand E-liquids and hardware locally to continue providing you with vape products you need.
USPS Transit Times: USPS alerted U.S. merchants of potentially extended transit times due to COVID-19:
- Priority Mail: Previously 2-3 days. Now potentially 5 days.
- First Class: 3-5 days. Now 10 potentially days.
U.S.A. Shipping: we’re continuing to ship to all U.S. states allowed by law. View the status of states we're shipping to here.
International Shipping: we’ve temporarily paused shipping to most international countries because of recent shipping bans due to COVID-19. Feel free to contact us for which countries we're currently shipping to.
Precautionary measures due to COVID-19: we’ve mandated all Vape Falcon employees to adhere to our sanitization and cleanliness guidelines outlined above.
