Rapid turnaround, and quick delivery. We ship all U.S.A domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail, which is FREE when you order over $50. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days, although most orders typically ship within 1 business day.

Shipping Policy

We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. All orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. NOTE: Due to new FDA regulation, we and other online stores selling vaping related products are currently unable to ship to certain states in the USA. Please contact us if you have any questions.
PLEASE NOTE: In the rare event an item is out of stock, we will contact you with options for a resolution. Also, some of our products are being drop shipped through 3rd parties. All your information will be kept safe and will only be sent to agreed 3rd parties listed in our Privacy Policy.

Order tracking

Your order tracking number will appear in your Vape Falcon online account soon after placing your order. To view it, login to your Vape Falcon account. If you don't see it there within a few days of placing your order, email us, or tweet @vapefalcon.

Returns & Exchanges

30 Day Return Policy

We will accept any returns within 30 days of delivery dependent on the product, however the customer is responsible for return shipping. For your convenience, we do not charge a restocking fee, and offer a 100% money-back guarantee or exchange for defective items. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees for item exchanges that are based on changing their mind, or choosing the wrong color of a product. PLEASE NOTE: Defective items or missing parts must be reported within 15 calendar days of purchase or delivery with photographic proof of damages and/or packaging and packing slips listing items delivered. Shipping damage(s) must be reported immediately upon receipt of package(s). Returns and exchanges for any other reason will not be accepted. All sales on tanks, E-liquid, chargers, batteries, coils, used starter kits and pod system-style kits, and RDA/RDTA style systems are final due to safety reasons, which we do not accept returns for.

Missing/Wrong Items

We do our best to ship you the exact items that you ordered. In the rare event that you receive your package with items missing or the wrong item, we will resend you the missing item free of charge, refund you in full, or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Vape Falcon will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee once when we receive it.

PLEASE NOTE: Price-matching is honored only from authorized online retail resellers in the United States, excluding marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and only for products that are on sale at VapeFalcon.com. We will not price match products on other sites that are clones/counterfeits, refurbished, out-of-stock, part of a closeout, or sold at wholesale cost. Also, price matching calculation will include the price of the product plus the cost of shipping and handling. Price match is good for 7 calendar days from date of purchase. Some products on VapeFalcon.com may be excluded from our low-price guarantee at the discretion of VapeFalcon.com.

No Clones

At Vape Falcon, we do our best to avoid clones/counterfeit products, therefore, we offer full refunds for any products deemed inauthentic. Should you identify a product purchased at Vape Falcon that you believe is a clone, contact us immediately and we will initiate next steps towards our return and refund protocol. Note: we do occasionally list clones when customers ask for them. In this case, we will clearly state products listed on our site that are clones.
