However the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee, and offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective items.
Shipping damage(s) must be reported immediately upon receipt of package(s). Returns and exchanges for any other reason will not be accepted. All sales on e-Juice, cotton, and coils are final due to safety reasons.
We're all about carrying products that meet a certain standard and level of excellence, and as a result, Vape Falcon does its very best to avoid clones and to give you the most authentic products out there. We know that you can get antsy waiting for your #vapemail. That's why we ship all orders within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class Mail, although most orders typically ship within 1 business day. International orders ship via USPS International and are a flat $25. Note that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. All orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
We do our best to ship you the exact items that you ordered. In the rare event that you receive your package with items missing or the wrong item, we will resend you the missing item free of charge, refund you in full, or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Vape Falcon will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee once when we receive it.
